1. We Design

Send us your badge and club colours, and we’ll create a free mockup of your team’s hat. You’ll see exactly how it looks before you commit to anything.

2. You Approve

Like the design? Great — we’ll make any tweaks you need until it’s spot on.

3. We Deliver

Place your order (25 hats minimum) and we’ll get them made and delivered to you. Hats usually arrive within a few weeks, ready for players, parents and coaches to wear with pride.

Frequently asked questions

Once your design is approved and payment is received, delivery usually takes around 4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated at every stage so you know exactly when to expect your hats.

We don’t produce a custom sample of your exact hat before ordering, but we’ll provide a detailed digital mockup showing your colours and badge so you know exactly what to expect. We’re also happy to bring real samples from other clubs we’ve worked with, so you can check the quality, fit and finish in person before placing your order.

Our minimum order is 25 hats per design. You can mix adult and junior sizes within that, and discounts apply for larger quantities (from £8 per hat for 150+ orders).

Once you approve your design, we’ll send an invoice for payment. Production begins as soon as payment is received, and we’ll update you with photos as your hats are being made.
